If you are currently running a version of MacGourmet 3 or MacGourmet Deluxe 3 that you purchased _outside_ of the Mac App Store, head to the Mariner eStore and upgrade to MacGourmet Deluxe 4 (there is no upgrade path to MacGourmet 4). After verifying your data in version 3, install version 4.
